Welcome to dec-MOPS!

2007 - 2008 Session Going On Now...Come Join Us !!!

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers (birth through kindergarten), an international support network of women who share the common bond of pre-school age children.  MOPS exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

MOPS helps moms through relationships established in the context of a local group that provides a caring atmosphere for today's mother of young children.

dec-MOPS provides special time with other moms to socialize, hear speakers address topics relevant to this stage in life, participate in discussion groups and creative activities in an open Christ-centered atmosphere.

MOPPETS is our childcare program provided for the preschoolers joining mom for these mornings. Infants and young toddlers receive individualized care per Mom's instruction in our Nursery.  Two through six-year-olds enjoy Bible stories, crafts, and snacks in age appropriate playgroups under caring supervision.  Babies (under 6 months or nursing babies) of considerate moms are welcome to be in the meeting with mom
