And the Spring 2008 Building Team Update!

National Day of Prayer - Thursday, May 1^st

Are you concerned about our nation…our leaders…our community?  On May 1^st, you are invited to gather with us at dec as we join Christians around the United States in a National Day of Prayer to pray about such topics

The event will take place during three blocks of time:  7AM-9AM & 11:30AM-1:30PM in the Worship Center and 7PM-9PM in the Youth Room.  (You do not have to stay for an entire time block, just come as you are led and to join us in this opportunity for corporate prayer, or simply pray by yourself.  Of course, if you are not able to join us, we know that God hears all prayer, at all times, in all places, and encourages you to lift up our nation wherever you may be. 

Not sure what to pray about or how to pray?  Guides and resources will be available.

• Welcome/Big Screen...arrive a little early and get informed.  The Big Screen not only provides inspiration to prepare to worship and meet with God, but information about dec too.

• Information Booths...staffed by dec's A-Team, your chance for more personal answers to be given to your dec related questions.

NEED MORE?

Pray about joining a Small Group.  A great way to make a "big" church more intimate and close.  Also a great way to connect with others as you move deeper in your faith, have questions answered, invest in the lives of others as they invest in yours, learn about our church, and see the purpose for which God has called you.
